Hiring Project Administrator in Montreal for a 2-3-month contract

Your new company

Hays is partnering with a real estate company who are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support the coordination and execution of ongoing initiatives.

Your new role

You will be managing documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Support in tracking financial documentation and processing invoices
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely approvals and compliance
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, helping ensure deliverables align with expectations
  • Support change management activities and help track modifications
  • Maintain organized records and logs related to project documentation and revisions
  • Assist with project setup and maintaining digital and physical files
  • Oversee the review process for technical documents
  • Generate and manage procurement documentation
  • Compile final project materials and close-out packages

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
  • Construction, development, and general contracting industry experience is an asset.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency in Pivot table and VLOOKUP
  • Familiarity with budgeting and invoice tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
