Production Support Analyst

DESCRIPTION:
  • maintaining and securing business-critical applications by resolving security incidents, applying patches, monitoring system health, performing vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards
  • Key responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting, assisting with audits, coordinating security updates, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to minimize downtime and enhance application security
  • Incident, Change Management, Vulnerability management, patch management, security implementation, documentation, on call support

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues within various application environments. Java, Oracle as base technical skills

Security Knowledge:
A solid understanding of application security best practices, vulnerabilities, and security controls.

Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
