Our Client is a Services organization that’s looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their business.

The Procurement Specialist will support the Procurement Manager with RFPs, data analysis, and daily procurement activities. Key responsibilities include preparing Purchase Orders, maintaining records, and generating reports in an internal system. You'll manage multiple RFPs, build relationships, and handle various administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll manage supplier responses, address inquiries, and facilitate debriefings for unsuccessful RFP respondents.

To excel in this role, you should have over 8 years of experience in end-to-end procurement and the ability to work independently. Experience in managing multiple RFPs and understanding commercial terms and conditions are valuable assets. Confidence in working with senior leadership, influencing stakeholders, and managing full-cycle procurement is crucial. Strong coordination, prioritization, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The Procurement Specialist must exercise good judgment, tact, and discretion, and be capable of making decisions in an environment with shifting demands and change.
