Hays team has partnered with an Electrical Mechanical Contractor to recruit their next Procurement Specialist.


Your New Role?


The Procurement Specialist would be looking after the full procurement cycle of electrical products, including inventory management and equipment. At the same time, he would be overseeing purchasing and procurement requests from various departments, including updating reports in the system.


What You'll Need to Succeed?


  • Experience leading Procurement for Food Manufacturing companies.
  • Experience leading teams and capable of delegating responsibilities.
  • Experience restructuring and improving organizational capabilities and improving procurement efficiency.
  • Experience leading inventory management
  • Strong negotiation skills and develop long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Review contract specifications on behalf of the company.
