Our client is a leading microelectronics manufacturing and engineering firm founded in 1987 specializing in the miniaturization, design and manufacture of custom microelectronic circuits.

Your new role

• Implement and monitor processes
• Validate products and processes
• Improve and enhance processes
• Reduce process cost
• Select and commission equipment
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Train operators (process specific)
• Evaluate product reliability risk
• And all other related tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Educational level: University or College level completed (DEC electrical or mechanical)
• Experience related to the job offer: Experience in robotics, automation and mechanics for microelectronics component manufacturing, SMT, NASA 8739.6, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001.
• Description of qualifications: This individual has the following qualifications:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in process and/ or manufacturing of microelectronic components
  2. Experience in automation and mechanics
  3. Experience in pick & place, SMT
  4. Programming and software capability
  5. Microelectronics materials and thermal experience
  6. Ability to work with little supervision and to follow several processes.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving
