Your new role

We are currently hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our client's team for a contract to permanent hire. This candidate will be required to work full-time hours, fully in office and start immediately.
Your responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, in the US and Canada.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax forms.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems
• Support year-end activities including T4 preparation and submission.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years' experience doing payroll in Canada and the US is preferred.
• PCP certification (or working toward it) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP)
