We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing for a large workforce across Canada. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and is committed to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

Your new role

• Process bi-weekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees across multiple provinces

• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, including reconciliations, adjustments, and year-end reporting (e.g., T4s)

• Liaise with employees to resolve payroll-related inquiries and ensure timely and accurate submissions

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation as well as internal company policies

• Collaborate with internal departments to support audits and reporting requirements

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience, with a strong understanding of Canadian payroll regulations

• Proven experience handling high-volume payroll environments

• Proficient in processing both hourly and salaried payroll

• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a strong asset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
