Your new company
You will be joining an industry-leading global logistics powerhouse that has revolutionized the supply chain sector for over 50 years. Known for its high-velocity operations and cutting-edge infrastructure, this company has grown from a specialized family-run business into a world-class international player and boasts a high-energy, modern workspace populated by a dynamic team.
Your new role
As the Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll cycle for approximately 350 employees across multiple Canadian entities. Reporting directly to the HR Lead, you will be the "go-to" expert for all things payroll and benefits. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining HRIS integrity in Dayforce, managing complex unionized pay structures, and acting as the vital link between HR and Finance for accounting GL entries. This is a high-volume, high-impact role where you will manage everything from year-end T4/RL-1 filings to Health & Safety claims and group benefit administration.

-
2–4 years of progressive experience in Canadian payroll and benefits administration.

You possess a positive, approachable attitude with the business acumen to handle high-pressure deadlines and confidential data with total professionalism.
-
Post-secondary education in HR, Accounting, or Payroll; a PCP designation.

Work-Life Balance: A hybrid schedule in a highly accessible, transit-friendly location.
-
Benefits & Security: Comprehensive insurance, RRSP matching, and 3 weeks of flexible vacation.
-
Career Growth: A clear and proven internal trajectory.
-
The Perks: Annual bonus potential, branded merchandise credits, and the chance to work in a trendy office environment featuring a gym and rooftop terrace.
