Partner Marketing Manager - Toronto (Remote Opportunity)

Your new role
This role will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation and Partnerships, and will be a critical leadership position across the team and the organization. You will be accountable for metrics supporting demand generation and community building through advancing our partner marketing ecosystem, including metrics tied to lead generation, funnel health, partner engagement, and brand awareness.
Partner Marketing & Go-To-Market- Design and execute partner marketing initiatives that align with revenue objectives and strengthen our partner network.
- Collaborate with our Business Development team to plan and launch co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, webinars, and digital events to drive demand, awareness, and support business growth.
- Align closely with partner sales and marketing teams to support channel priorities and campaign execution.
- Manage the customer journey, developing programs and solutions to deliver the most seamless experience possible for our new and existing customers.
- Oversee key partner projects, coordinating promotions, content delivery, and follow-up activities through our marketing GTM team - including Creative Services, Web, Marketing Operations and Data.
- Maintain a comprehensive co-marketing calendar to ensure timely, consistent engagement across the cross-functional team.
Performance & Insights
- Rigorlessly monitor campaign outcomes, pipeline influence, and ROI to optimize future co-marketing programs.
- Share insights and recommendations across marketing, sales, and product teams to strengthen overall partner marketing effectiveness.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the business development team, supporting joint planning and execution.
- Work with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver assets and resources that help partners succeed.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience leading a partner co-marketing channel, with focus on campaign strategy, positioning and performance
Proven track record of designing campaigns with customer experience in mind, while simultaneously achieving key business objectives
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
Strong communication and attention to detail
Strong presentation skills and ability to work with both leadership and cross-functional team members to drive aligned outcomes
Experience in managing a budget and tying partner program forecasting to marketing spend is considered an asset
Good balance of strategic planning and campaign execution
