Your new role

As a Partner Manager, you’ll join the Business Development team and take full ownership of building and growing a portfolio of strategic ecosystem partners. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you’ll manage the complete partnership lifecycle—from identifying and recruiting new partners, through activation and joint go-to-market execution, to ongoing performance optimization.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Partner Marketing, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to design scalable partner programs, establish repeatable playbooks, and launch partner-led GTM motions. Success in this role is defined by partner activation, partner-sourced customer acquisition, and tangible revenue contribution.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in partnerships within SaaS, fintech, or B2B environments
  • Proven experience owning the full partner lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to launch and ongoing management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced pipeline, customers, and revenue
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear ability to tie partner activity to business outcomes
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on execution and strong organizational discipline
  • Comfort working with CRM and/or PRM tools such as Salesforce or Partnerstack
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience within the SMB ecosystem or with financial management software is considered an asset.
