• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable BI solutions.
• Participate in the design, development, and validation of OBIEE reports.
• Ensure data quality and relevance of financial indicators.
• Propose improvements based on best practices.
• Provide user support and contribute to training and adoption of BI tools.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions.
• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis within a BI context.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle OBIEE (design, development, report validation).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, risks, and treasury.
• Excellent command of French and good level of English.
• Experience in the financial sector (asset).
• Analytical mindset, rigor, initiative, and strong communication skills.
