Your new role

• The Analyst is responsible for conducting the onboarding review in line with current policy to ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are fulfilled. He plays a vital role together Manual Collection Process:
• Data collection is fully manual in Chile, Mexico, and Canada.
• Teams are overwhelmed with basic data entry tasks related to payments.
• Payment and Data Entry:
• All incoming payments are manually entered into the system.
• Staff work off spreadsheets to record trades and input them into the banking platform.
• Trades are authorized and funds are collected manually.
• Country-Specific Payment Methods:
• Canada: Uses a specific payment method (details not specified).
• Chile: Payments are received via email; proof of payment is validated in the bank account and pre-loaded into the system.
• Fund Allocation and Validation:
• Manual entry and allocation of incoming funds.
• New clients undergo a fraud control test (e.g., penny test) to validate paperwork.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 or 2 years of experience in data entry role
• Banking experience is a plus
• Articulate in both written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Working knowledge of desktop based office software such as MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, the Google Suite and other applications
• Working successfully in a target driven operational environment. Ability to manage performance and targets in a fast paced, pressured environment
