Your new role

As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project management team on new home construction projects. You'll be responsible for the administrative and logistical tasks that ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently from groundbreaking to homeowner possession. Your work will involve managing project documentation, coordinating with sub-trades and suppliers, and tracking project timelines and budgets for various multi-family housing types, including single-family homes, walk-ups, townhomes, and stacked homes.

What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with prior experience in a construction or project coordination role, preferably within the residential or multi-family sector. A strong understanding of construction processes and terminology is essential. You should be proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is critical.
