Your new role

You will be working as a Maintenance Supervisor (433A Millwright) on the afternoon shift. In this position, you will oversee maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate maintenance scheduling, troubleshoot equipment issues, and drive both preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the operation.

What you'll need to succeed

• A valid 433A Millwright license

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team

• Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components

• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication abilities

• Flexibility to work afternoons and respond to urgent maintenance needs
