Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor in the afternoon shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What you're responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and support
  • Coordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periods
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failures
  • Initiating and executing maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metrics

What you'll need to succeed

  • You are a licensed 433A Millwright.
  • You have proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
  • You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
  • You have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
  • You have the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
