Your new role

This role involves overseeing the accurate estimation and tendering of mechanical projects across municipal, industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Responsibilities include reviewing mechanical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing monthly progress reports for client invoicing. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience and offer training and coaching to develop a comprehensive skill set. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in mechanical systems and project management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of local experience in mechanical engineering project management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
