This company has been providing custom mechanical solutions for institutional and commercial projects across Vancouver and the surrounding areas for over 70 years. Your new role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception through to completion. The role involves day-to-day coordination of site drawings, monitoring job costing, preparing reports, ensuring project timelines are met, submitting quotations, and maintaining high safety standards. Estimating will also form part of the responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates should bring 3 to 5 or more years of experience in mechanical construction, along with strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and professionalism in all customer interactions. Familiarity with mechanical contracting components and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with estimating tools will be considered an asset.
