Your new role


The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving issues to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.


  • Attend project meetings, conferences, corporate events, and training as required
  • Consistent open communication with Site Supervisors and ensure quality work by doing regular site visits
  • Preparation of monthly progress billing and prepare monthly progress updates with upper management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other employees throughout the company
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Coordinate larger-scale projects
  • Attend job showings and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Estimating jobs, CCNs, SI’s
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation including coordinating all deliveries of equipment and material in a timely manner
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Cultivate client relations and client development


What you will need to succeed

  • Plumbers License is an asset
  • Proven working experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Competent in construction terminology
