Your new role
As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting project execution and delivery. You’ll work closely with senior management and site teams to coordinate estimating, documentation, and subcontractor engagement. Your responsibilities will include preparing bids, managing daily project paperwork, performing quantity take-offs, and assembling cost estimates for change orders. You’ll also liaise with suppliers and sub-trades to ensure work aligns with specifications and timelines, while taking on additional duties as needed to support the team’s success.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring at least 3 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry, along with a solid understanding of construction processes and components. You’re detail-oriented, professional, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam is considered an asset.
