Your new role
Your new role places you at the heart of the construction team, where you’ll lead estimating and project acquisition efforts in close collaboration with senior management and site teams. You’ll be responsible for creating accurate estimates, managing project documentation, coordinating with sub-trades and suppliers, and ensuring alignment with specifications and schedules. You’ll support project managers during pre-construction and construction phases, analyze costs related to the Risk Register, review change order pricing, and address estimate-related inquiries and risk mitigation strategies. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you bring at least five years of experience in mechanical estimating, along with strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skills. You’re proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and ProCore, with bonus points for experience in Trimble Autobid. Your background in the mechanical industry and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Access to transportation for site visits is preferred, and remote candidates with the right experience are encouraged to apply.
What you'll get in return
In return, you’ll receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $90K to $140,000, with potential for review based on experience. Additional benefits include company bonus, extended health coverage, three or more weeks of vacation, and eligibility for company shares after one year.
