What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in IBM MDM and Production Support
• Strong hands-on skills in Unix and SQL
• Database expertise: DB2, SQL
• Experience in application performance tuning and optimization
• Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging
• Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, and understanding of ITIL processes
