Your new role

Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Marketing Operations, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly across platforms, channels, and teams.
You’ll:
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign and customer journey execution across marketing automation platforms (primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot)
  • Build and deploy complex journeys, automated triggers, and ad‑hoc campaigns based on business requirements
  • Code responsive HTML/CSS emails and landing pages, leveraging dynamic content for personalization at scale
  • Use SQL and advanced logic to create accurate, sophisticated audience segments
  • Execute in‑app experiences using Pendo (guides, funnels, user paths) to support cohesive omnichannel journeys
  • Troubleshoot integration, data flow, rendering, and tracking issues in partnership with broader Ops teams
  • Track performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting to inform optimization and growth decisions
  • Ensure data health, unsubscribe governance, and compliance with GDPR, CASL, and PII best practices
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and introduce automation and AI‑driven efficiencies to improve speed and scalability
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and process roadmaps
  • Operate within an Agile environment, managing milestones and collaborating cross‑functionally with Lifecycle, Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Data, and Engineering

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience across marketing operations or marketing automation
  • Strong technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
  • Deep experience in a Tier‑1 marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; Marketo, Braze, or HubSpot also welcome)
  • Experience with dynamic content logic (AMPscript, Liquid, or similar) and API‑driven integrations
  • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, nurture programs, and sender reputation
  • Proven experience working in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments
  • Comfort translating strategy into execution and clearly communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
