Your new role

As the Marketing Manager, Expansion, you will own the strategy and execution of lifecycle, engagement, and expansion marketing programs. You’ll design multichannel campaigns—email, in‑app, and more—to increase product adoption, drive ARPU growth, and strengthen long‑term retention. You will work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Data, and Revenue Operations to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys that reinforce the value of the platform. Your work will be highly analytical, experiment‑driven, and focused on measurable revenue impact.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, expansion, or revenue marketing, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and segmentation skills, with experience in experimentation, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to execute multiple programs end‑to‑end while collaborating cross‑functionally.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data insights into compelling customer‑focused narratives.
  • A high level of ownership, agility, and the ability to deliver measurable results across upsell, cross‑sell, and retention initiatives.
