Your new role

This role supports a variety of administrative and operational functions, including drafting and managing agreements such as service contracts, contractor and parking agreements, short term tenancies, storage, telecommunication, and generator agreements. It involves maintaining the Fire Life and Safety portal, coordinating with tenant floor wardens, and assisting with fire drill documentation. The position handles recurring and ad hoc purchase orders, conducts property inspections once set up in Angus, and acts as the main contact for waste services. Additional duties include coordinating IT setups for new employees, managing tenant move in and move out documentation, overseeing electric vehicle charging stations, and providing backup support for tenant services when needed.

Attention to detail is essential for handling contracts, purchase orders, and compliance documentation.
