Your new role

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to take the lead on planning, creating and executing the marketing of our listings/transactions for sale and lease. As a marketing professional, you will also craft the communications, branding and promotion of our Brokerage. At a high level, the role includes designing engaging social media posts/campaigns (including shooting content as needed), creating sales and leasing brochures, collaborating on proposals, executing email marketing launches, updating our website and completing administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate conducts themselves professionally, takes initiative to complete tasks, manages time appropriately and ensures accuracy/attention to detail. This would be an in-person, full-time position from Monday-Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, working from our office.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A passion for and experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube) and email marketing platforms (MailChimp)
  • A creative communicator with excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress for website management with an understanding of Google Analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of Canva to create social media graphics and client proposals
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Outlook, CRM software (Salesforce) and online advertising (Google Ads)
  • An eye for photography, videography and graphic design
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field
  • Experience in a marketing role in the real estate industry would be an asset.
