Junior Property Manager - Commercial - Downtown Vancouver

As Junior Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to proactively manage and enhance tenant relationships. Your role will involve coordinating tenant communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring the consistent delivery of a best-in-class experience across all touchpoints. You’ll be a key contact for tenants, helping to resolve issues, organize events, and maintain high standards in building presentation. You’ll also assist in managing service agreements, contributing to budget processes, and supporting operational goals related to sustainability, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
Your new role

You’ll be a key contact for tenants, helping to resolve issues, organize events, and maintain high standards in building presentation. You’ll also assist in managing service agreements, contributing to budget processes, and supporting operational goals related to sustainability, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong background in client services, ideally with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field is preferred, and professional designations such as RPA, CPM, or a Real Estate License are considered assets. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Your ability to build relationships, manage client expectations with professionalism, and contribute constructively to team efforts will be key to your success.
