Your New Role
As
Manager, Property Accounting & Financing, you will report directly to the CFO and lead a team of 8 in overseeing all aspects of property and land development accounting, treasury operations, financing activities, and new construction projects. This is a key leadership role with succession potential to the CFO position.

This is a key leadership role with succession potential to the CFO position.
You will be responsible for:
- Full-cycle property accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Cash management, rent collection, and banking relationships
- Financing arrangements for revenue properties and corporate needs
- Realty tax assessments, appeals, and reporting
- Oversight of management services billing and accounting
- Financial planning and reporting for new development projects
- You’ll work closely with senior management and ownership, ensuring financial integrity and strategic support across the organization.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- University or post-secondary degree; CPA designation is an asset
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an owner-managed real estate environment
- Strong supervisory skills and a professional, confident demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager (preferred) and strong Excel/Word skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead, support, and mentor staff
- A stable and steady presence with a long-term outlook
