A leading real estate investment and development firm based in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Corporate Operations & Events. With over $9 billion in assets under management, this organization is the largest developer of purpose-built rental apartments in Canada. Your new role
As Manager, Corporate Operations & Events, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations at the Toronto headquarters, supporting other locations, and leading internal communications and company-wide events. You’ll manage the company intranet, coordinate major events such as town halls and employee socials, and supervise the administrative team. You’ll also play a key role in enhancing organizational culture and participating in internal committees.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3–5 years of senior office administration experience
  • Post-secondary education in business or communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with event planning and office build-outs (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
