Your new role
Staff Scheduling & Oversight
Responsible for planning, assigning, and adjusting daily shifts for custodial and ambassadorial teams. Provides field supervision and ensures timely task execution.

Employee Supervision & Compliance
Ensures a safe, compliant workplace aligned with OHSA standards. Leads safety talks, oversees training, and ensures staff competency in building systems and SOPs. Manages attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions in accordance with union agreements.

Facilities Management
Monitors facility conditions and building systems (e.g., emergency power, HVAC, elevators), coordinates repairs, and manages inventory/assets. Oversees contractors and supports maintenance programs using SAP.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations
Acts as an escalation point for staff and customer concerns. Supports community engagement and promotes a customer-centric service culture.

Implements SOPs, leads operational changes, and ensures alignment with organizational values and service excellence goals.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a proven ability to manage conflict and negotiate effectively.Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive working relationships and contributing as a collaborative team member.
Developed leadership and organizational capabilities with experience in supervising staff and managing operational priorities.
Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure or challenging situations.
Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
What you'll get in return
In return for this position, the successful candidate couple will receive a compensation package of $75,000 - $85,000, plus benefits.
