PROJECT: Mainframe Developer
LOCATION: Toronto
LOCATION OF WORK: Hybrid – 2/3 days on site, remote (downtown Toronto)
LENGTH: ASAP (Aug 11) – November 11, 2025

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Good proficiency in Mainframe technologies and related tools like ISPW, XPEDITOR, ESP scheduling, SPUFI, STAR, Service now, etc.
• Strong knowledge of programming in Cobol, PL1, DB2, CICS and Jcl, and experience in Eztrieve and FOCUS added an advantage.
• Good to have domain experience in Canadian Mutual funds and the term investment process.
• Ability to face new challenges and good problem-solving capabilities and implement new skills and knowledge at the workplace efficiently.
• Strong Technical, Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Experience with collaborative development tools (JIRA, Confluence) will make an advance
• Working Knowledge on Water Fall and Agile methodologies, should have strong knowledge on all phases of the SDLC life cycle
