Your New Role
As a Machine Learning Architect, you will be a key member of the Cloud Data Engineering team, responsible for designing and delivering ML solutions on AWS. You’ll have deep expertise in ML system design and passion to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to build scalable, production-grade ML systems using the latest technologies. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead architecture discussions, requirements gathering, and backlog grooming.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Guide Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Design and implement DevOps pipelines including CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and security.
  • Write production-quality code with unit and integration tests.
  • Automate software testing across multiple levels and monitor results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments.
  • Deliver cloud-native applications on AWS using ML tools and frameworks.
  • Document designs, processes, and procedures clearly.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers while staying current with emerging technologies.

Technical Qualifications
  • Strong experience in ML system design and architecture.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Amazon SageMaker and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MXNet).
  • Deep understanding of ML concepts: feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, optimization.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Neptune, Comet).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and consulting skills to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
