Hays are working with a well known Property Management company in Edmonton to find their next Leasing Manager for buildings in downtown Edmonton.

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced residential leasing expert with proven success in apartment leasing. This position involves acting as Leasing Manager and Tenant Services Co-ordinator for an exciting new redevelopment property in downtown Edmonton, from launch to full lease up!

As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible not only for leasing suites, but for creating a special place where people want to live, through exceptional customer service, and tenant programming and engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of the property, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates.

This role requires a strong background in property management, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with potential tenants. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, to accommodate the needs of our business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in advertising across print media and all major social media platforms
  • Background in apartment management and leasing, with progressive roles and responsibilities
  • Expert-level proficiency in
    Yardi Rent Café
  • Familiar with
    Salto
    access control systems
  • Event planning experience considered an asset
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and
    CRM software
    for contact management
  • Skilled in design applications such as
    Canva
    and similar programs
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive, go-getter attitude
  • Above-average computer literacy and quick adaptability to new software
  • Knowledgeable in Acts, Laws, and Legislation related to residential property management
  • Strong administrative skills developed in office environments
