Leasing Manager

Your new role
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, enhancing resident satisfaction, and managing the end-to-end leasing process. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in marketing available units, conducting showings, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience for prospective tenants.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for vacant units
  • Coordinate and conduct apartment showings from various lead sources
  • Lease available units and reduce vacancy through proactive outreach
  • Manage the full leasing process: application intake, documentation, lease preparation, and deposit collection
  • Maintain accurate prospect data in management systems
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor pricing and incentives
  • Provide weekly traffic and leasing performance reports
  • Adapt strategies based on market trends and competitive insights
  • Follow up with prospects and deliver compelling closing presentations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing or a strong passion for real estate sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with proven closing ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
