Lease Administration and Tenant Services Coordinator - Toronto

Your new company

You will be joining a Toronto-based real estate company that specializes in office buildings. They focus on offering unique office spaces that combine historic character with modern functionality, and are committed to sustainability, with certifications like BOMA Best across their portfolio. Their properties include several well-known sites in downtown Toronto.


Your new role

You will be responsible for handling lease administration including digital filing, delivering documents, tracking insurance, and updating systems in Yardi. Managing accounts receivable tasks such as maintaining rent rolls, following up on payments, preparing reconciliations, and processing invoices using Yardi and QuickBooks. Overseeing tenant services like coordinating parking, sending correspondence, and managing exit procedures including refunding deposits. Supporting office operations by assisting with customer service, auditing reports, and archiving files, while maintaining professional standards and accurate documentation.


What you'll need to succeed

2–5 years of experience in commercial property management as a Lease Administrator or Tenant Services Coordinator, working with office properties.


What you'll get in return

You will receive compensation with annual base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus benefits including RRSP contributions.
