Your new role

As a Personal Injury Law Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting lawyers with complex medical malpractice files. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Managing medical records and expert reports
  • Preparing court documents and trial materials
  • Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and opposing counsel
  • Conducting legal research and summarizing medical evidence
  • Maintaining and organizing case files from intake to resolution
You’ll be part of a team that handles high-stakes cases with compassion and precision, helping clients navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives.


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • A Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong focus on medical malpractice
  • Excellent knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in legal software (e.g., PC Law, Primafact, MS Office)
  • A client-focused approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team
