We’re working with a leading energy operator to hire a Projects Land Representative to support pipeline integrity and operations projects.

This is a project-focused, owner-side role where you’ll act as the primary land point of contact, leading land access, acquisition, and stakeholder engagement activities across a portfolio of projects.

If you’re looking to move beyond purely transactional land work into a more strategic, project-driven environment, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Project Land Leadership
  • Lead and coordinate landowner engagement and land access/acquisition activities for capital and integrity projects.
  • Act as the go-to land expert within project teams
  • Identify land-related risks, constraints, and requirements early and support mitigation strategies

Stakeholder & Issue Management
  • Work closely with landowners, regulators, Indigenous groups, and internal teams
  • Support or lead negotiations, issue resolution, and escalations
  • Ensure clear, professional communication across all stakeholders

Cost & Consultant Oversight
  • Support land budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
  • Manage and provide oversight to land agents, brokers, and third-party consultants
  • Ensure external vendors meet quality and performance expectations

Strategy & Planning
  • Contribute to land strategies and execution plans aligned with project timelines and regulatory requirements
  • Support constructibility and planning discussions from a land perspective
  • Participate in continuous improvement of land processes and project delivery models

What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of land experience within pipeline, energy, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience working in a project environment (owner/operator or embedded team)
  • Strong knowledge of land acquisition, ROW, and stakeholder engagement
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (CER, AER, BCER)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Have
  • Experience managing consultants or vendors
  • PMP or project-based experience
  • Familiarity with Pandell or similar land systems
