Your New Role
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing fast, efficient, and personalized technical assistance. You will play a key role in incident resolution, software deployment, IT equipment management, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 technical support to executive-level clients on a rotating schedule.
  • Monitor incident trends and alert management accordingly.
  • Deploy software using automated deployment tools.
  • Assist with software releases and deployments following ITIL best practices.
  • Document and escalate incidents to the appropriate technician or vendor.
  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
  • Perform hands-on hardware repairs and workstation setups.
  • Adhere to SLAs and ensure accurate tracking through the ticketing system.


What You Need to Succeed
  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
