Junior Content Creator

A well‑established real estate development organization is seeking a Content Creator to support its marketing team across multiple brands and business units. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys developing high‑quality digital content, managing online channels, and collaborating in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Your new role

The Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging content for social media, websites and email campaigns for the company’s various companies and brands. Reporting to the Senior Content Designer, this position is responsible for supporting the Marketing team by collaborating on design strategy, content scheduling, performance analytics and advertising efforts. This role requires creativity, attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality content that aligns with brand standards.

Position Responsibilities

  • Create original content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content (as needed)
  • Write clear, engaging copy aligned with brand voice and tone
  • Create graphic content for websites, along with update and maintain websites when required.
  • Design email campaigns.
  • Closely work with marketing media coordinator to assist with copywriting, scheduling social posts, eblasts, and website content.
  • Monitor trends and recommend content ideas to keep messaging fresh
  • Manage paid digital ad campaigns and track analytics / performance.
  • Assist marketing team with design strategy and research.
  • Proofread all printed and digital materials including but not limited to project website and marketing material.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree in a related industry.

  • 1-3 years of administrative, development and/or sales/marketing experience.

  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  • Ability to use performance tracking programs like Google Analytics.

  • Experience in navigating website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Canva) to make simple updates and maintain performance.

  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for video editing.

  • Photography experience would be an asset.

  • Beginner-intermediate programming knowledge would be an asset for WordPress.

  • Knowledge of print design for signage, brochures, and other print marketing materials.

  • May be required to travel to construction sites and other offices.

  • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Illustrator.
