Your new role

In this role, you will be supporting the Operations Manager in the regular and preventative maintenance of a retail center in Surrey, BC. Your contributions will directly impact the wellness of the building and building system. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, Life and Safety Systems, Plumbing, and Electrical. You will also be working with tenants. The ideal candidate is early in their career, brings foundational experience in commercial building maintenance, and is eager to grow within a supportive and professional environment. What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of & experience with building systems including HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing.
  • Commercial Building Maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Experience using Building Management software – Prism is an asset.
  • Availability for on-call rotation.
  • Driver's license & vehicle.
