IT Project Manager, to lead infrastructure-related projects, including network, data, voice, and security initiatives.

Your new role
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, management, and execution of medium-sized projects or small programs. Working closely with IT managers and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Estimate and secure resources; coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project expectations clearly and in a timely manner
- Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Document lessons learned and develop best practices
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans
- Mentor and guide project team members and contractors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification (an asset)
- Strong adaptability and responsiveness to project changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Strong prioritization and time management skills in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Proficiency in platforms such as MS Azure and Office 365
- Solid understanding of internet and networking technologies
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Experience leading infrastructure projects, especially in networking (an asset)
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or site visits
