Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile
IT Project Coordinator
to join our team, supporting a Senior Director of Technology at a leading property management firm. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about the intersection of real estate and technology. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, organized, and reliable partner, handling a mix of technology-focused responsibilities and essential day-to-day operational tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a background in the property management or real estate investment space who is comfortable working with building technologies and is ready to tackle a variety of challenges in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of technology vendors. This includes managing relationships, coordinating service requests, and ensuring vendor performance meets our standards.
  • Operational Support:
    Provide direct support to the Senior Director, assisting with various
    operational and administrative tasks. This could range from project coordination and scheduling to data entry and report preparation.
  • Project Coordination:
    Help coordinate the implementation of new technologies in our buildings, ensuring seamless communication and execution between internal teams and external vendors.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Property Management:
    A strong understanding of the property management or real estate investment industry is essential.
  • Familiarity with Building Technology:
    Experience with or a strong interest in building technology (PropTech), including but not limited to, access control systems, smart home devices, IoT sensors, and property management software.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    An ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot technology-related issues with a hands-on, practical approach.
  • Exceptional Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability:
    A proactive and flexible mindset, willing to take on new challenges and assist with tasks outside of a traditional technology scope.
