Your New Role
As the IT Manager, you will oversee the full scope of the company’s technology infrastructure, software platforms, and cloud services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and seamless IT operations across the organization, with a particular focus on engineering and architectural software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and hybrid cloud environments. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of IT administration experience
- Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong knowledge of software and license management.
- Expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Solid understanding of network administration (VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Consultant, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
