Your new role

• Providing day-to-day technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Supporting the implementation of new technologies, systems upgrades, and IT projects.
• Documenting technical procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver IT solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
• Participating in system testing, deployment, and user training activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or analyst role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking fundamentals, and enterprise software.
• Experience with help desk systems, ticketing tools, and remote support platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
