As an Investor Relations Associate, you will work directly with the President to support investor communications, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate meetings and presentations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, along with some experience in investor relations, financial services, or client-facing roles. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A solid understanding of financial markets and investment products is important, and you must be able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, while being open to learning and growing within the role. You must also be available to work on-site at the office in Markham.
