Your new role

As an Architect, you will be involved in all phases of project delivery, from concept design through construction. You’ll work on large-scale, mixed-use and multi-family developments that define urban living. Responsibilities include design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and client interaction. You will also contribute to maintaining design integrity and ensuring projects meet performance, budget, and schedule objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Accredited degree in Architecture.
  • Registration with the AIBC or eligibility for registration in British Columbia.
  • 5–15+ years of experience in architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in Revit (required) and strong graphic presentation skills using tools such as Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, and Twinmotion.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with large-scale mixed-use or multi-family residential projects is an asset.
  • A strong passion for architecture and design excellence.
