They are looking for a creative, technically strong, and design‑passionate Intern Architect, Architect, or Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team.
Your new role
As a key member of the studio, you will contribute to a diverse array of projects: public, institutional, commercial, and residential. You will work closely with Principals, Senior Architects, and project teams to advance design excellence across all phases.
You will:
- Develop concept and detailed design solutions through every stage of the project lifecycle
- Produce high‑quality drawings, documentation, and models in alignment with our design standards
- Lead or support project components from concept through construction
- Coordinate closely with large consultant teams to ensure fully integrated Revit models and drawing packages
- Contribute to specifications and technical documentation
- Participate in Construction Administration, including site reviews and reporting
- Mentor and guide junior team members as appropriate
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of local experience across multiple sectors, ideally including large mixed‑use and institutional projects
- Strong technical skills with proven ability to develop detailed building components and assemblies
- Solid understanding of construction practices, building science, and coordination workflows
- Proficiency in Revit (required); Rhino and AutoCAD experience is an asset
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with consultants and team members
- Excellent graphic, visual, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a self‑directed work style
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies, tools, and sustainable design principles
- Thorough knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations
