Your new role

• Full-cycle AP/AR (invoice matching and approvals, cheque runs; rent-roll collections, vendor/tenant management, payment processing).
• Maintain property management accounts; review prelim statements and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Journal entries (monthly/annual), AR adjustments, GST reconciliation, and ad‑hoc entries (mortgages, leases, etc.).
• Rent-roll postings & reconciliations; bank reconciliations.
• Year‑end working paper files and support for external review/compilation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Accounting degree/diploma
• 2–3+ years’ propertyaccounting experience (commercial experience will make for a smoother transition).
• Strong command of Excel/Microsoft Office; comfort learning Spectra; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Detail orientated
