Intermediate Interior Designer


Reporting to the Associate Director of Interior Design, you will play a key role in the
Development of design concepts and the technical coordination of medium complexity
Projects. You will actively contribute to the quality of deliverables,
Compliance with the company's standards, and overall client satisfaction, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your new role

- Develop interior design concepts aligned with project objectives, budgets, and schedules.

- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and clearly communicate design intent.
- Produce and validate drawings, details, and finish schedules in accordance with company standards.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and furniture.
- Coordinate deliverables with consultants and suppliers.

- Support schedule tracking in collaboration with Project Directors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed in accordance with the design intent.

What you'll need to succeed

- Diploma (DEC) in Interior Design or a relevant bachelor’s degree (Interior Design, Environmental Design, Interior Architecture).

- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Experience in corporate offices and spaces.
- Strong proficiency in Rev it (required) and good knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Lumion is considered an asset.
- Solid understanding of materials, applicable standards, and building codes.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on projects of medium complexity.
- Strong sense of autonomy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication.
