Senior Structural Civil Engineer – Vancouver, BC

Senior Structural Civil Engineer
For their Vancouver office.

This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of complex, multimillion-dollar projects and contribute to long-term client and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
Represent the team in client meetings, providing technical insights and updates.
Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Support proposal development and contribute to bid strategies.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor project budgets and schedules for cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications:

MUST be Licensed
P.Eng.
in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Minimum
7 years
of experience in the structural industry, including leadership on large-scale projects.
Proficiency in
S-Frame, STAAD, RISA, SAP2000.
Strong skills in
Microsoft Office.
Proven track record of leading multimillion-dollar structural civil projects in Canada.
