The studio’s work spans a diverse range of project types, including urban infill developments, multi-unit residential buildings, commercial spaces, and interior fit-outs.

The firm has deep experience navigating the complexities of urban sites, including physical constraints and zoning regulations, and works with a varied client base—from developers and contractors seeking to maximize site potential to private clients building custom homes.

Led by experienced principals with over a decade of professional practice across multiple project types, the studio actively explores innovative construction methods and materials to deliver architecture that is distinctive, energy-efficient, and cost-effective. The team believes strongly in the role of well-designed architecture to enhance urban environments and improve everyday life.

Your new role

As an Intermediate Architect – Project Lead, you will take on a key role within the studio, overseeing projects from early design through construction completion. You will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating consultants, and managing both documentation and construction administration across multiple projects.

This role requires adaptability, initiative, and ownership, with responsibilities that include preparing and reviewing design materials, developing comprehensive contract documents, and administering construction to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll be successful in this role if you have 5–10 years of professional architectural experience working on Canadian code–regulated projects (OBC, NBC) and are comfortable taking responsibility for projects from documentation through construction. You’re highly proficient in Revit and value clarity, accuracy, and consistency in your work.

You have a strong design sensibility paired with a practical understanding of how buildings come together, and you’re known for being organized, detail-focused, and dependable. You’re comfortable guiding others through the production of coordinated contract documents and have hands-on experience administering construction, responding to site issues, and protecting design intent.

You work well with consultants, can keep projects on track, and understand how to manage timelines and deliverables. You take ownership of your work and see projects through with care and accountability. Experience with multi-unit residential buildings is beneficial, and while professional licensure or progress toward licensure is considered an asset, it is not a requirement.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary that is negotiable based on experience, ranging from $75,000 to $110,000.
